The 19th Annual Resistance and Antiviral Therapy Meeting is to be held at The Event Spaces at Wellcome Collection in London. Our tradition is to review and discuss aspects of virology research that advance understanding and haveimmediate application in care settings. We aim to bring together scientists and clinicians for
what we hope is an engaging day of exchange. This year, we will focus on recent advances in HIV treatment and pathogenesis, and also address hepatitis C co-infection. We would like to thank the Scientific Committee for their efforts in preparing an excellent programme, which will be topical as well as raise many interesting points for debate. We are delighted that a number of eminent speakers have agreed to come to London to share their work. We have
also expanded the session dedicated to UK-led research to give an opportunity to the young (and not so young) to present work in progress that is yet to be published.
We are able this year to offer reduced registration rates for scientists and clinicians in training, and for BHIVA members. In addition, a number of Registration Scholarships have been made available to assist those with financial constraints to attend the conference. We would recommend that all potential delegates register early to take advantage of the reduced fees for early registration. We are looking forward to seeing you at the conference!
